Set Accelerating Admixture

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Mörtelmix Rapidol 111 is a set accelerating admixture that improves the early strength of concrete without affecting its ultimate strength.

Application Scope:

• Is used in exposed concrete and prestressed concrete without limitation as it has no chlorine in it
• Must be used with shrinkage inhibitor and expander admixture

Characteristics/Advantages:

• Should be used with super plasticizer admixture
• Does not change positive effects of plasticizer admixture
• Must be used with non-Mortelmix admixtures carefully

Consumption:

• Can be used in the rate of %3-5 in concrete. It is recommended that several experimental works should be done as effects of Mortelmix Rapidol 111 on cement differ.
