Concrete Plasticizer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Mörtelmix is a concrete admixture that has properties of both normal plasticizer and super plasticizer and ensures that less water is used for concrete.

Application Scope:

• In concretes which are to be flat and dense in building sites
• In the areas where it is hard to install concrete
• In the areas where there is no risk of decomposition
• In the areas where necessary performance and economic solutions are required.
• Construction foundations
• In manufacturing ready mixed concrete
• In partition, truss and rising main

• Reduces amount of water without risk of decomposition
• Improves workability of concrete without increasing amount of water
• Ensures that concrete is installed easily through the fluidity which it provides
• Minimizes need for vibration
• İmproves strength
• Improves waterproofing
• Minimizes shrinking
• No sliding in vertical applications
• No slump

Consumption:

• Can be used in the rate of %1-1.5 in concrete. It is recommended that several experimental works should be done before application.
