Epoxy Resin – Based, Three – Component Bulk Grout

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Epocrete 42 T is solvent-free, three-component, epoxy resin & special graded aggregate-based bulk grout. It is self-leveling bulk grout when it is stirred.

 

Application Scope:

• Concrete, stones, grout, steels, aluminums, asbestos cements, polyesters, woodens and epoxy – based surfaces

As structural adhesive in:

• Anchoring reinforcing bar
• Anchorage works
• Supporting and joint material

As bulk grout:

• Barriers in roadside
• Structural bearing
• Machinery foundation
• Mechanical grouts of bridge
• Structural bearing of building

For the purpose of rail mounting:

• Crane rail
• Tunnel
• Bridge
  • Solvent – free
  • Keeps its fluency even in thin thickness
  • No shrinkage
  • Can be applied to damp – dry surfaces (no wet surface)

            2 kg/m2 is used for 1mm thickness. 7.5 lt mortar is obtained out of 15 kg of product.
