Epoxy – Based, Two – Component, Solvent-Free Screed

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Epocrete Prim 64 is an epoxy-based, two-component screed and penetration material for concrete and cement-based mineral surfaces that has low viscosity.

Application Scope:

·         In production of mortar repair sealant by mixing silica

• The surfaces where bituminous membrane is applied
• Under Epocrete Epoxy / Polyurethane flooring materials as levelling mortar
• Under polyurethane insulation systems as screed

Characteristics/Advantages:

• Easy to prepare
• Resistant to moisture rising from surface
• Penetrates capillary voids and blocks them
• Low viscosity
• Solvent-free

Consumption:

            0.3 – 0.5 kg/m2 depending on quality, absorption and smoothness of concrete.
